Digital Products
Because our items are digital downloads, all sales are final once your purchase is complete. However, if you experience any issues accessing your files or have trouble with your download, please reach out to us at contact@mikeandsophiefit.com and we’ll make sure you receive everything properly.

Physical Products (Apparel & Accessories)
All apparel and physical items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mikeandsophiefit.com and we’ll make it right.
